Giveaway 

 

Eligibility

1. This Giveaway is open to permanent legal U.S. residents who reside within a 50 mile radius from Sioux City, Iowa and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry to be qualified. 

2. This Giveaway is void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited and is subject to all local, state, and federal laws.  By entering this Giveaway, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor(s), which shall be final and not subject to appeal.

3. Current or former employees of Sioux City Shade Co. and its vendors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies (including anyone who prepares and/or distributes Giveaway materials), and the immediate family members or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of all the foregoing are not eligible to participate or win.  The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

4. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in the Giveaway.

5. Only (1) winner will be selected for Giveaway.

6. Any expenses beyond the $2,500 valued package prize will be sole responsibility of the winner and will be charged accordingly.

7. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

8. If the full $2,500 value prize isn't used, the remaining amount is considered forfeited and voided.

9. Winner has up to 48 hours to respond and claim their winnings or they forfeit their winnings and a new winner will be drawn.

Entry

1. This Giveaway will accept entries beginning on February 23, 2023 and ending on March 8, 2023 at 11:59am. Any entries after that will not be considered.

2. Entrants must provide their name, email address and phone number for a chance to win.

3. Entrants must "LIKE" our Facebook page to be eligible to win.

4. Entrants can earn 2 extra entries each if they "Share" and "Comment" on Giveaway post. 

5. The winner will be selected at random by a Sioux City Shade representative on Thursday, March 9, 2023. 

6. The winner will be notified via email or phone and will be will announced on Sioux City Shade Co. Facebook page.

7. Winner has until March 9, 2024 to use their winnings or their winnings is considered expired and the giveaway is forfeited and closed. 

8. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

9. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and regulations.
